1. Before starting the motor, the following tasks should be checked.

(1) Check whether the brake oil is enough.

(2) Check whether the cable is fixed and reliable.

(3) Check the lubrication condition of each lubrication point.

(4) Check whether the inflation pressure of tire is enough and whether the rim nut is loose.

(5) Check the oil level of the working system tank and the driving system tank, not below the oil level.

(6) Make an intuitive inspection of the whole machine to check whether there is oil leakage, hose loosening, cable damage and other obvious places to be repaired.

2. Start-up procedure

(1) Put the lockbar in the "neutral lock" position, otherwise it will not start.

(2) Check whether the lifting and dump lever are in neutral position.

(3) Close the main switch.

(4) Insert the key of the control circuit into the lock hole and turn clockwise to the closed position.

(5) Sound several loudspeakers to inform you that you are ready to start.

(6) Press the start button until the main contactor closes.

(7) After startup, check whether the instrument reading is normal, the pressure gauge reading of the refueling pump should be 1.4 MPa, whether the parts have abnormal sound, whether the brake is reliable, whether the hydraulic system is leaking oil, whether the control handle is flexible and reliable, whether the working device is working properly.
